Rest day! Second Sunday in a row. Saturdays WOD was AMRAP in 10 minutes 100m run 10 box jumps 10 kettle bell swings rest 3 minutes AMRAP in 10 minutes 100m run 10 squats 10 push-ups You can do that if you're feeling guilty.
