WOD for Tuesday December 1st

Complete as many rounds as possible in twenty minutes of: 25 Burpees Body weight back squat, 15 reps

Persistence pays off.

Mary has been working steadily and has been doing great, she pointed out that she has moved up a level, and is now consistently working at Puppies rather than buttercups. Congratulations Mary!
