WOD for Tuesday November 24th

Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

65 Pound Thruster, 10 reps 10 Pull-ups

Remember there are no classes on Thursday in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

On Friday morning the 27th there will be Two Free WOD's open to the public.

9:00am will be a regular CrossFit WOD,

10:00am will be a kettlebell WOD called Tyrant, it is not for beginners
