WOD for Wednesday Nov 4th

6 rounds Squats 80-64-50-32-16-8 Kettlebell swings 40-32-25-16-8-4 Push-Press 20-16-12-8-4-2 Susan and Deb working through Nate. Nate was a lot of fun, it work your whole body. Susan and Vanessa both found this progression to be excellent for helping practice the transition for muscle-ups
