WOD for Wednesday December 23rd

Three rounds for time of: 5 Ascents of a 15’ rope 21 Ring dips 50 Squats It is important when you first begin to Crossfit to allow your body the time to adapt to the new stimulus this means not being anxious to go up in weight too rapidly, to be willing to do fewer reps or fewer rounds. There is no reason anyone should be injured doing CrossFit.
