Friday September 24 2010

Sara is having a great week with her lifting,. After adding 50# to her back squat earlier in the week she then added 25# to her front squat on Thursday. Nice job Sara!

How do you get started at TwinFreaks Crossfit?

You take our foundations classes. Here you will learn all the basic moves to get a firm base to begin in our regular WOD classes. Our next foundations series start the 5th of October!
