WOD 4 x 1K run 2 minutes rest between runs 25 minute time cap Then Max strict pull-ups Max Chest to Bar pull-ups Max kipping pull-ups rest between sets Dumbbell squat snatch is an excellent full body exercise. Challenging shoulder and core stability and strength not to mention what it does for your legs! Our next foundations series start the 14th of September!
