Simi encouraging Rachel through her first CrossFit workout. Congratulations to all the athletes who competed in the CrossFit/USAW weightlifting competition this past weekend. Our next Foundation Classes begin this Tuesday @ 5:30PM as of Saturday there was one spot left. These small group classes are the entry point into TwinFreaks CrossFit and prepare you to begin our regular WOD classes. Call 720-204-2631 to register.
