Thursday October 14th

OK not the best picture :) Shireen is consistently getting chest to bar and can string together more than 5 or 6 pull-ups with the green band: time to move to the blue band! Good work and good progress. WOD Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 - Post Result and a quick cash out 3 rounds 200m run 15 box jumps 15 wall ball We will be making a few more changes to our schedule in the next couple weeks.
