Shireen PR'd her Deadlift yesterday by 20# 1Rep Emma PR'd her deadlift for 5, 10# over her previous 1RM. Sara got a 10# PR for 5's Jim Pr'd his 5 rep deadlift by 10# Michael also a 10# PR for 5 Yikes, Catherine and Clarissa also, OK it was a Deadlift PR day! Good work everybody!
