I loved this poster at the hand surgeons office. More Crossfit Total PR's today, good work everyone, I loved looking at those numbers. Thursday's WOD
Back Squat, Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge, Burpees - Post Result
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 185/125 pound Back squat, 7 reps 45/35 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (right hand) 7 Burpees 45/35 pound dumbbell Overhead walking lunge, 10 steps (left hand) Post total rounds.
