WOD 21-18-15-12 L Pull-Ups 20-16-12-8 One Legged Squats (10 L, 10 R) Woman + Barbell = Strong Sectionals WOD 4 will be held at 6:30 pm. If you can't do muscle-ups, you can still watch James do face the bar burpees and feel better.
