People are becoming awesome right before my eyes here in CrossFit. Have you noticed? Several of our women now have push-ups! Libby, Chelsea, and Melissa have just recently gotten strong enough to do big-girl push-ups from the floor. All that hard work is paying off! Also, Clayton improved his deadlift from 300 pounds to 405 pounds in a month, not bad. He hadn't worked out much after college, and suffered his way through On-Ramp, but now his strength is coming back very nicely.
Darla is going to be competing in Olympic Lifting this weekend in Colorado Springs. Everyone wish her well!
