Clean and Jerk


135/85 pound Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

Today's JT was a very challenging WOD.  The fatigue from all that arm work really added up fast, slowing people down.  However, we scaled it so that it was managable for everyone.  Tuesday's WOD will be short and fast.   Work on that technique first before you turn on the speed! - Vanessa
