Lift: Squat or Box Squat

3 Dead Lifts 275/185
7 Push Presses 115/85

One year ago today we were learning to "spread the bar," the parallel bars were in pieces, and we had no awesome timer.  One thing that hasn't changed is that people were leaving their water bottles on the plyo boxes.
