I've devoted two full Saturday sessions to trying to get the perfect shot of Chelsea's shoulders.  It hasn't worked out, so see for yourself, and see how she works for those shoulders.


There are a number of good reasons to hit the early WOD.  You get it over with for the day, you wake up without two pots of coffee, and if you want to be a goof-off and eat a high-carb breakfast afterwards, your depleted muscles will soak up most of that glycogen instead of your belly.  By request I'm starting a 6:30 am On-Ramp class Monday, Wednesday, and Friday Thursday on Wednesday 9/7.  (The evening On-Ramp will go on as usual MTR 7:30 pm and 6:40 pm)  E-mail james@twinfreakscrossfit.com if you want in.  No more trying to drag yourself in after work.  Get on the AM Express.
