Apple w/ Tbsp. Almond Butter
3 Slices Turkey Bacon

Lunch:
Greek Salad (No Feta, No Dressing) w/ Chicken

Snack:
1 cup Grapes
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter

Dinner:
Turkey Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Grilled Chicken
Steamed Broccoli

Will NOT eat any of my son's birthday cake tonight!

I had an odd schedule this weekend and I wasn't able to cook at home. My sweet cravings started to get pretty bad today...probably cause I was letting myself get too hungry.

In an experiment to see if I was getting cravings because my fat was coming more from the cashew butter and coconut and not animals, I cooked up a mess of bacon when I came home. I am starting to feel much better now.

meeting went over, so only had almonds, but a crapton of them

airport dinner:
salad
1 homemade beef jerky
2 glasses red wine

Saturday:
diner breakfast:
1 homemade beef jerky
3 egg omelet with ham and veggies
homefries
americano

lunch:
1/2 roasted veggie plate with portobello, pumpkin, fennel - yum!!

dinner:
lamb shank
green beans
roasted potatoes
2 glasses red wine

Sunday:
still was digesting the last night's lamb, so a handful each of walnuts, dried cranberries, dates


(missed crossfit due to viaduct closure making it impossible to get out of West Seattle -sadface)

lunch:
260 calories almonds

dinner:
roasted zucchini
baked chicken
mashed squash (like mashed potatoes, but with squash)
1 glass of wine
1 vodka gimlet

Monday:

airport breakfast:
1 Naked Green juice
1 banana
1 americano

gas station lunch:
1 apple
1 banana

exercise: 45 min elliptical for research study

real dinner:
open face gyro on salad
apple

(I will probably eat a snack after my stats study group - numbers make me hungry)

8 oz. Turkey Burger w/Avocado and Sautéed Red Peppers
Small Salad

Snack:
Apple
1 Tbsp. Almond Butter

Dinner:
Acorn Squash
6 oz. Talapia

Snack:
1 oz. Almonds

Breakfast--2 of Sara's almond apple egg pancakes, water, coffee
Lunch--1 cup beef picadillo, 1/2 cup butternut squash, big lettuce salad with balsamic vinaigrette, pickled onions, water, almond chai--no sugar.
Snack:3 mini pumpkin coconut muffins with apple juice, water
Dinner--1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup roast leeks, 1/2 cup green beans, salad, fermented cabbage and ginger
Dessert--1/2 cup banana almond shake (just frozen banana, almond milk and 1 tsp of cocoa powder)
