Weekend

Saturday at 9 am
Free work out open to the public:
"Morrison"
50-40-30-20-10
Wall Ball
Box Jump
Kettlebell Swing

There will be a Paleo potluck and talk on Saturday after the WOD.  Bring something to share and your own utensils.  It would be appreciated if you register here.

Sunday at 6pm
Before the Master's Open I didn't know which I hated worse: box jumps or wall ball shots.  After the Master's Open I know I hate wall ball worse, so:

"Karen"
150 Wall Ball Shots for time.

One hundred and fifty wall ball shots to ten feet.

24 oz Coffee
4 oz Turkey
2Tbs Cashew butter

14 oz Ribeye
.5c Broccoli
.5C asparagus
Coffee
water

Banana
2 Tbs. Cashew Buttter
.5cup Coconut flakes

6 oz Pork loin
Salad:
tomatos
mushrooms
cucumbers
onions

Banana
2 Tbs. Cashew Buttter
.5cup Coconut flakes

Meant to start going without fruit, but there was copious brownies and diet pop, and some fruit at my class this weekend. The Banana was self coconut and CB was self defense, I was able to resist the brownies with that combo.

Seven cleanest no sneak days I've ever eaten.

That's great, Darla! And I hope you are feeling satisfied. We may still have mental cravings, but it helps if our bodies are sated.
