Breakfast: 6:00
*Paleo Cereal w/ Coconut Milk
2 Strips Turkey Bacon
*Ingredients:
1/4 cup nuts (I used walnuts)
1/4 cup unsweetened dried fruit
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2 Eggs + 2 Egg White Omelet w/Tomatoes, Red Onion, Mushrooms
3 Strips Turkey Bacon

Snack: 3:00
Sweet Potato Fries (sweet potatoes sliced thin and fried in coconut oil w/rock salt and pepper)

Dinner: 6:00

1lb Turkey Burger
1 red onion, diced
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
1 28 ounce can of diced tomatoes drained
1 small can of tomato paste
4 zucchinis thinly sliced

Snack: 9:00

1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
