Lift: Overhead Squat

30 Wall Ball Shots 20/14
30 Snatches 75/45

These are not power snatches, got it?


One year ago today, somebody was doing something.  This year people are still doing things.


This week we have one of my least favorite girls, Helen, and one of my favorites, Jackie.  If you haven't done these, you should.  If you have done these, you should do them again and see if you've improved.

Breakfast:
3 Egg Omelet w/Red Onion, Mushrooms, Tomato
3 Strips Turkey Bacon

Snack:
½ Banana
1 oz. Almonds

Lunch:
Turkey Chili
2 oz. Avocado

Snack:
Apple
1 oz. Almonds

Dinner:
2 oz. STEAK! (I haven't had red meat since I was 16 years old!) It’s a start!
(Of course my husband grilled chicken for me too!)
6 oz. Grilled Chicken
Grilled Veggies (Peppers, Onions, Zucchini)
Salad
