The kids got to flip kid-sized tires Tuesday.  They did a great job!

Day 23 (Yesterday)
Crossfit: 5:30 a.m: The WOD was Helen. I did Helen for the first time 3 weeks ago (Day 2 Paleo) and my time was 12:14. My time yesterday (Day 22 Paleo) was 11:35. (I used the 1 pood Kettlebell and blue & red bands to assist pull-ups both times.) The benefits of Paleo definitely outweigh not being able to put Vanilla Caramel creamer in my coffee every morning.

Breakfast:
2 Pumpkin Muffins w/Coconut Butter
3 Strips Turkey Bacon
Pear

Snack:
2 oz. Almonds

Lunch:
6 oz. Chicken Breast w/Salad
Plantain Chips w/Avocado Dip

I ran out of coconut milk to put in my coffee - horrors - so I put coconut oil in it. Not so good!

I'm going to make Chelsea's banana ice cream. I've tried just sliced bananas, frozen, put in the blender - that is pretty good. But this one is sliced frozen bananas (why can't I buy this in a bag?), some coconut milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla put in the blender.
