Weekend

I was reminded a couple of days ago how the combination of a grain-free, vegetable-oil-free, sugar-free Paleo diet and the sensible application of CrossFit acts like a magic pill to restore health and fertility.

3 Scrambled Eggs w/Coconut Oil
3 Strips Turkey Bacon
Grapes

Lunch:
Salad
Turkey Burger w/Grilled Red Peppers and Guac

Snack:
2 oz. Almonds
Apple

Dinner:
Spinach Salad
6 oz. Grilled Chicken (NOT Nicolo's Pizza...which is what my family had!)
Acorn Squash w/Coconut Butter and Cinnamon

Almonds

Nice work, ladies. (Try a steak, Jennifer!) I went to the Rib House last night. It was yummy, and I think Paleo without the sauce.
