20 Kettlebell swing
If you start with double-unders, you may switch over and do the rest of your reps as singles with a 4-1 substitution. Double-unders can be frustrating, but you'll only get better at them by practicing! The best time for that is actually after your run or your WOD when you are already fatigued, just like you will be during a WOD.
