If you're serious enough about erging that your breathing is audible above the fan, you're welcome to join me Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 am.  This is too early and it hurts.  Other than that it's perfect.

It'd be really nice to train with others for February, but I don't think I can make 6:30 work for me during the school year. I hope others will make it though! If a "rowers WOD" should develop from the 6:30 rowing escapades, would you consider posting it on the whiteboard for all of us that have to squeeze it in at other times?

3 x 1,000/2:00 - Ideally you'd decrease every piece 1 or 2 seconds /500, and you'd keep them all under your 2k pace.

Jess W worked out like a madwoman then did all hers around 2:05/500.

I got my last one down to 1:50/500 which is molasses slow, but we have six weeks and hopefully a good attitude left to work with.
