Olympic or High Bar Back Squat
5-5-5-3-3-3

WOD
3 RFT
3 very heavy Push Press
5 strict (no kipping) Pull-ups

 Here is a good example of the Olympic squat.  
Notice the bar placement high on the back and the nearly upright torso.
