Friday - Ergday!

Record your time for each interval, and your split times. This will help you get a handle on the pace you should aim for with different pieces. The next time you need to row in a WOD you will have a better strategy than "fly and die!"

If you are slow on the rower you will adjust the distances to keep your total time under 15 minutes. This is about power output and athletic developement, not burning calories.
