As it happens, I love the triple.  Whether you love it, hate it, or are ambivalent, I assure you it's sacred.  Andrew tripled 305 today, and Freak Emeritus Alex Walden recently tripled 207.

What's the triple? Should I know this? Great pictures.

Three. It's kind of like a single is one, a double is two, and so on. Bodies are all somewhat different, but triples seem to push my strength up like nothing else does.

I do what I think looks good, and it's awesome when people appreciate it. I think I'll go into floral arrangements next. I'm pretty sure I would fucking excel at that shit.

So, when you say "Andrew tripled 305 today" you mean he front squatted 305 3 times?

Alright. I guess I was reading too much into this magical triple word. I was thinking front squat because that was the WOD. Clearly it's a reading comprehension issue.

It's difficult; triple makes sense in a way that box does not.
