Weekend

Happy Birthday!  Who's next?

“Desforges”

Five rounds for time of:
 225 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
 20 Pull-ups
 135 pound Clean and jerk, 12 reps
 20 Knees to elbows

This WOD took Keith Nelson 36:59 (watch video by clicking on link).  We are going to do it as a partner WOD, with one partner working while the other rests.  You may break this on up as needed and switch when your partner slows down.

Come on, you can do 50% prescribed Barbell Mile! Still tough and worth doing... Play to your strengths here: endurance and pure strength plus stubborn detirmination!
