After CrossFitting a few years now I rarely get nervous unless I put pressure on myself to slaughter a benchmark workout.  I go in and do my best expecting both that it will hurt temporarily, and that it would hurt me worse to skip a workout I should have done.

Still I find myself wondering what Fran would be like were it turned into a triplet with burpees...
