Moving Days!

We are moving the gym! Friday the 15th and Saturday the 16th!  
Your help will be welcome, we will bring Paleo snacks and adult beverages!

Thursdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 8 am.
Talk to Darla and Matt to maybe carpool.
