5:30 am does Turkish Get-ups

Watch Korean weightlifter breaks the World Record with a clean and jerk of over three times his body weight.  Crowd-sourced.  Another World Record falls here. These weightlifters are so fast - I hope you appreciate them better now that you have dipped your toe into this sport by learning the Oly lifts.

I didn't even know you could put a 50 minute video on YouTube - the women's light-weights at the European Championships.  In Russian, maybe.
