Lift: Press
3 x 5

On The Minute for 8 Minutes
2 Front Squats (bodyweight + 20)
10 Double Unders

As usual side to side hops will be the double under substitute, but if you really need to suffer you can do two squats and AMAP DU's for the rest of each minute.

I'm willing to bet you can squat more than you think you can.
