A few things from from the Colorado Open.  Rest a few minutes in between.  You will have to hustle if you want to get all of this in, but there is no class at 10 am.

Saturday Workout #1
2 rounds for time of:
60 double-unders
40 wall ball shots, 20 lbs (14 lbs)
20 burpee box jumps, 12" box
15 minute time cap

2 minutes of:
row for meters

#3
10 minutes to find a max ground to overhead.  Snatch, clean, continental, whatever you want.

I think a venn diagram would show a solid amount of overlay in your graph if burpees were swapped out for squats

I try to do burpees before I assess my state. It works better that way. With squats I want to see if they're going to ruin my day or if they're going to ruin my day.
