Overhead Squat 2rm

and/or Back squat 3 rm

If you are unable to use a challenging weight on the OHS because of mobility or orthopedic issues, use it for warm-up reps and finish with the back squat.




WOD
In 15 minutes do as many rounds as possible AKA "AMRAP"
12 dumbbell step-ups (6 r, 6 l)
10 Knees to elbows
8 dips
