Nope, still doing it wrong.

  • Chest up
  • Externally rotate arms (this puts elbows in tight - no chicken wings!)
  • Hands flat
  • Hands just bit wider than shoulder width
  • Elbows over wrists
  • Tight butt and belly
  • Touch chest to ground, then back up

Squat  5 rm + max reps at 90%

You will have plenty of rest, so go hard.
