Thursday

The holiday's are coming up on us - we will be running a reduced schedule but can probably be convinced to run another class if people clamor for it.  Please check the schedule, reserve class so none are cancelled, and get on the waiting list if you need to.

We are messing around with our lifting schedule.  It's the holidays; it's time to have a little fun.  Yesterday's complex was very interesting, especially at heavier weights.  We'll be doing another one next week...

Here comes one of our benchmark workouts.  We do this one frequently - both because it is so challenging, and because we like to see how we can use more weight or do more reps per round.

LIFT
Jerk- work up to a heavy single

WOD
Dumbbell Bear
EMOTM 15 min
5 reps of each exercise in turn, use two dumbbells
deadlifts
hang power clean
thrusters

 scale weight or reps
