This time try heavier weights and more difficult HSPU. Scale reps as needed. You may bring out the mats to do the HSPU on them. Demo here with Laurie Galassi and here with Chris Spealer - although I want you to get better ROM unless you are competing for money - notice the difference between Laurie training and Chris competing.
