Weekend





Why practice body weight skills like handstands?

 Saturday

Class as usual at 9 am.  Open to all gym members.  Visitors from other CrossFits are welcome to drop in.  You must have passed an On-Ramp class or have the equivalent experience.  This class is longer and tougher than the usual WOD with a fun and challenging warm-up.

There is no free introduction class this week. Sign up for next week's class here.  It will be at 10 am and you will get a chance to work out and have your questions answered afterward.

Sunday

Make up a lift or a WOD from the week.  Remember, we back squat on Monday.  So probably you don't want to squat unless you are going to miss Monday's class.
