Time to get back in the gym and have some fun!

CrossFit Total 2
Clean, 1 rep
Bench press, 1 rep
Overhead squat, 1 rep

*Clean is from the ground, power or squat.  Make a note of which.
**Warm up with 5s and 3s, then start your singles with a weight you are sure you could do for a triple. 

Optional 2000 meter row.  Try to get in a 2000m row this week, make a note of your average pace per 500 meters.

Did a 2000m row at home, resistance level 5. Had a record time (for me): 8:38.8.
