30 Renegade Rows

20 Pull Ups (butterfly or kip)

10 HSPU

5 reps of some sort of tumbling (cartwheels, summersaults, full hand springs)

10 HSPU

20 Pull Ups

30 Renegade Rows

40 Push UPs

50 Double Unders
