Class at 9:00 am as usual.

A beginners class follows at 10:15 - this class is just for people who are new to CrossFit - we will make it do-able for any generally healthy person.

There is a new OnRamp on Monday - sign up now and get ready to do some real training - weightlifting and metabolic conditioning or cadio like you have never experienced before!
