Hmm - rowing techniques looks a little off - let's drill.  (Good thing y'all don't really row like that!)

We will be mixing it up next week with some benchmark WODs and some one rep maxes!

4 rounds (1 minute at each station)
Tire strike (alternate sides)
Russian twists (25/45)
Pillar hold AKA plank on hands or elbows
