Monday


Quick list of nutrient-dense foods from MensHealth.  They left out the big power houses: organ meats, broth, and fermented foods.  If you want to learn more, here is a little blog post about Mathieu Lalonde's nutrient density talk at the Ancestral Health Symposium.  The best way I've found to eat liver, btw, is to cut it up frozen and eat it like little pills.  Yum.
