Here is a nice bench mark WOD to test yourself against.  Make sure to warm up well - and then go balls to the wall!
Thrusters (95/65)
Pull Ups
Rest 5-10 minutes
Super Sets
3x 12-15 Db Bench Press
3x 15-20 Bent Over Row
3x 25 Evil wheels
