This is how you get the knees to the elbows!

Warm-up circuit
Pike on rower
Overhead Lunge
Overhead squat with one dumbbell 

Skill time

Snatch or power snatch
3,3,3,3,3

3 rounds
1 minute each station
Pull-ups 
Double-unders
Ball slam
Rest

Athletes will be encouraged to clean instead if shoulders are a problem.
