New Years Eve - classes at 6 am and 9:30 am. And Open Gym 4 -5:30 pm!
New Years Day - classes 9:30 am, noon, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm.
Tabata push press, 75 lb.
Tabata sumo deadlift high pull, 75 lb.
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. There is no rest between exercises.
Score total reps from all 32 intervals
