9 squat clean thrusters, 45/25-lb. dumbbells
80 double-unders
8 pull-ups
8 dips
8 squat clean thrusters, 45/25-lb. dumbbells
70 double-unders
7 pull-ups 
7 dips
7 squat clean thrusters, 45/25-lb. dumbbells

Rx+ Muscle-ups instead of pull-ups and dip plus 65/45 pound dumbbells.
Scaling allowed of course!
