Row at 3/4 pressure or 75% effort

Kettlebell clean and jerk practice, so bring wrist wraps if you have them

15 minute AMRAP
10 hollow rocks
10 side pillar lifts, each side
4 strict pull-ups, strict chest to bar Rx+
30 double unders
