50 box jumps, 24/20
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 16 kg/12 kg
50 steps walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press 45/33
50 stiff-legged deadlifts or good mornings
50 wall ball shots 20/14
50 burpees
50 double unders

Options to go lighter or reduce reps to 40 or 30.  This is ten exercises for 50 reps each, that's 500 reps!
