This is Aaron doing a beginner rope climb, always an alternative if you forget long pants.


Bench tomorrow

For time:
50 Sit-ups
50 Box jump, 24/20 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood/12 kg
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows/Toes to bar
50 Dumbell Push press, 25/20 pounds
50 Dumbell squats, same
50 Barbell good mornings, 45/33 pounds 
50 Burpees

Anybody who needs to may do 30 or 40 reps.
